Finance Manager - Winsford

• Prepare monthly management reports with detailed variance analysis for the Finance Director, the wider management team and budget holders.
• Manage the process for the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in liaison with directors and departmental budget holders.
• Ensure the provision of finance partnering services through monthly finance meetings with budget holders delivering a "no surprises" approach to the financial management of the company .
• Take responsibility for the compliance and efficient processing of all finance transactions including the sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll.
• Provide sound financial advice to the wider team
• Provide support and direction to the Finance Officer, Assistant Finance Officer and Purchase Ledger Clerk
• Plan and manage cash flow, liaising closely with colleagues to ensure projections are accurate
