Marks Sattin is proud to be working with a leading Oxford based SME operating in the services sector who are currently seeking a 'hands on' Finance Business partner (Hybrid). You will take a key role within the finance function driving business performance liaising with service area heads to streamline processes whilst maximising returns.
Salary and Benefits:
- £51k-53k Annual Salary
- Hybrid working

Job Description/Role
This Finance Business Partner role will involve:
- Providing support for month/year end process
- Analysis of financial information and identification of trends to drive profitability and growth
- Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Supporting delivery of targets and providing insight on financial performance
- Optimising deployment of resources to ensure cost control
Profile To be successful the ideal candidate will:
- Be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CIPFA)
- Have strong business partnering experience
- Have a background in local authority trading/services (desirable)
- Be Excel proficient
