Based: Manchester (1 day office, 4 days home or flex to suit)

Salary: highly dependent on experience, bonus, private healthcare, enhanced pension and excellent opportunities for growth in a fast paced exciting business

Our client is a hugely progressive, Private Equity backed tech/SAAS business based in the centre of Manchester. The company have rapidly expanded since their inception now operating with 7 global offices and around 200+ staff globally. Growing 50% year on year and with plans to build towards a potential IPO in the next 2-3 years, this is an exciting opportunity for a progressive Accountant keen to join a business offering the chance to develop your career quickly and progress quickly in the next 12 months to Senior Finance Analyst and beyond

We are looking for a qualified Accountant, either CIMA qualified from industry or ACA/ACCA first time mover from practice who wants to get into an industry role. We will also consider finalists with 1-2 exams remaining

Role:

• Leading all planning and forecasting activities for the group
• Supplying business and data analysis to support executive teams decision making process
• Producing monthly cost centre reports with commentary
• Liaising with sales team to understand key drivers of performance
• Business partnering with the wider team including senior stakeholders in the UK and globally
• Analysing revenue and commissions monthly
• Updating sales forecasts monthly including headcount and analysis on costs
• Producing monthly analysis on sales pipeline, flagging any risks to Managers
• Tracking monthly sales performance across the business highlighting any anomalies

Experience:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified OR Finalist
• Highly analytical, used to managing lots of data in a fast paced business
• Commercial - ability to work with an influence senior stakeholders
• Strong excel skills - essential
• Financial modelling experience - essential
