Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant (Practice) | Sheffield | £25,000 - £30,000

The Opportunity

Are you a versatile and experienced AAT Qualified Accountant looking for a new challenge within a progressive and award-wining practice?  Do you have experience of working within an independent firm and enjoy providing varied services to a wide client base?

We are currently supporting a superb local practice with an excellent reputation.

You will enjoy

The clients you will be exposed to highly vary in terms of size and sector.  An ever-growing portfolio based upon recommendation.

Your role will be extremely broad, and you will ideally be a versatile qualified accountant with a strong track record within independent firms.

The remit will initially include year-end accounting (for a wide mix of clients), client interaction and ownership, tax returns (corp. and personal), VAT, general client management and support.

The role would suit a confident and diligent accountant looking for a new challenge within a practice that provide support, recognition, scope to develop and an excellent work life balance.

You will need:

• AAT qualification
• Experience of a varied role within a firm of accountants.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Someone with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys interacting with a wide portfolio of clients.
