My client is a healthcare provider, backed by a leading PE firm, which is going through a period of sustained growth and acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Partner for the groups Divisional Managing Directors, Regional Managers and Service Managers
- Ensure the group is focused on revenue growth – occupancy/supported living hours and fee projections set as part of the budget process
- Preparing annual budget and periodic reforecasts within the business
- Overseeing the annual fee uplift process
- Preparing capex papers and preparing financial models for any new developments. Including NPV and payback modelling.
- Drafting the monthly financial board report for DMD’s and for the Group Financial Controller
- Interrogate and report on any new potential acquisitions that may arise if required
The office is based near Birmingham, but only requires 1 day per fortnight on site.
