Working as part of a wider and well established finance team the main responsibility of the Finance Manager is to take the lead on all of the financial accounting for the Parent Company and subsidiaries. Main Responsibilities: Financial accounting Treasury ManagementResponsible for month, quarter and year end reportingSupport all of the Business Units and its subsidiaries on financial accounting related financial matters.Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are achievedSupport in managing the planning and forecasting process in conjunction with the relevant Business Units.Support in managing the Year End process, Statutory Accounts, Audit and Corporation TaxManage and develop finance personnelMaintain and improve systems and controls within the finance functionProvide business decision support to Directors and the Management Team. The Person: Fully qualified accountant - preferably CIMAIFRS knowledgeWorking knowledge of UK and European taxationExposure of international trade and experience with foreign exchange transactions.Experience of project controlling.
