You could be the next Finance Manager for this exciting service sector business. As they continue to develop they need a confident and hands on qualified Accountant to lead a small team, utilising their financial accounting and accurate reporting skills to develop internal controls and provide a strong and reliable set of accounting outputs.
An insight to your responsibilities:
- Management of a small team.
- Preparation of financial and statutory reports.
- Accurate management and financial accounting records including joint venture transactions.
- Maintain VAT and corporation tax ensuring legal compliance.
- Continuously look to improve service quality.
- Responsible for financial policies and procedures, aiming to maximise efficiency.
- Key source of technical advice for colleagues and point of contact for auditors.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
You should have achieved or hold the abilities within:
- ACA / ACCA / ACMA.
- Line management experience.
