A highly regarded housebuilder is looking to recruit a finance Manager to assist the Divisional Finance Director, driving effective financial and workflow performance and deliver the business plan. This role would suit either a Finance Manager, Controller or Management Accountant looking for the next step in their career.
Your duties will include:
- Own the close of the division’s management accounts.
- Review of development WIP costs and departmental operating costs.
- Analysis and review of development margins from land acquisition to sell out.
- Support sales forecasting process, including analysing of incentives and reconciliation of stock and forward sales.
- Assist the Divisional Finance Director with the 3-year business plan, together with the monthly forecasts.
- Monitor the project land and build costs to ensure all costs are in line with land appraisals and construction budgets.
You will be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience, highly motivated, an excellent communicator and ideally have experience within the housebuilding or property sector.
