Transformational Change Consultant

Our client is a well-established and privately owned SME based in central London.  The business is in the consumer products sector and has multiple relationships with well-known retailers and distribution channels.  Due to the general uncertainty within the retail environment during the pandemic, as well as the current economic outlook with regard to consumer spending, the CEO is looking to hire an interim consultant to spearhead a number of vital projects to help put the business  on a firm footing to enable and sustain successful growth and expansion over the next couple of years.  The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the SMT working on a number of varied projects.

Key candidate experience criteria:

• Interim experience/track record
• Change management experience with ability to create high engagement with team
• Stock based/inventory management experience
• Net suite experience
• Experience of working in a consumer products business would be very helpful

This role will be fast paced and the successful candidate will have the potential to make a positive and visible impact across the organisation which is sub £50m in revenue size.  Whilst there is flexibility around home/office working we would expect that the selected candidate will be office based for 3 days per week in line with other staff.
