They are now seeking a fulltime commercially strong, ambitious Finance Director who will thrive in an exciting high growth business.
THE POSITION
The position is a key member of the leadership team and reports to and works with the CEO to help continue the growth of the business. Leading the finance function responsibilities include:
- Manage and develop the finance team, be a role model and maintain a proactive finance function.
- Financially and strategically business partner the CEO and leadership team to help grow the business, enhance and develop new lines of business and opportunities.
- Manage and develop budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis to provide greater insights to the business and management information across the business operations.
- Manage all aspects of financial, management and statutory reporting.
- Cash and working capital management.
- Liaison with management across the business.
- Develop financial processes and systems as the business grows to support the infrastructure.
- Liaison with external accountants on areas such as tax and other external suppliers.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies as required.
- Ad hoc projects and liaison with clients on contract and price negotiation.
