Interim M&A Finance Consultant

Highly acquisitive SME retail/multi-site business are currently looking to bring an experienced individual on board to start asap and support them over the coming 3-6 months. Even though their head office is based in Berkshire, the assignment can be delivered fully remotely during the duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all financial due diligence on all new acquisitions
• Build financial appraisals and analyse key financial documents
• Ensure data is captured in order to build an accurate P&L account to ensure EBITDA accuracy
• Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, providing support through transaction process

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant, or equivalent
• Experience/grounding in mid-tier or larger practice preferred; in Audit and/or Transaction Services
• Experience of supporting or managing a due diligence process would be ideal
• Hands-on individual, with ability and desire to get into the “nitty gritty” detail
