Finance Manager | Tilbury | £65,000 - £75,000
A brilliant opportunity to join a high growth organisation with offices across the UK and customer around the globe. Operating within the fast paced freight forwarding sector, this role will offer an ambitious accountant the opportunity to gain more commercial exposure within hands on Finance Manger role.
Other duties include;
- Staff management of small team
- Commercial input to C-suite and Ops
- Produce annual budgets
- Monthly performance reviews with commentary
- Business partnering to increase commercial understanding of financials
- Improve procedures
- Commercial analysis
- Pricing and profit strategy input
- Project accounting with the support of the FD
- Develop existing staff to create succession plan
- Ownership of company balance sheet & fixed assets

Candidate profile;
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified preferred
- Strong management accounts experience
- Ability to work in a complex, multi sector business
- Prior shipping/freight forwarding sector experience preferred
