A thriving Top 20 accountancy practice within the heart of Deansgate are seeking an Accounts Semi Senior to join their dynamic team. This well established firm offer a wide range of accounting services, including accounting, audit, cloud accounting/ outsourcing and tax to a range of clients around the after periods of successive growth, are now looking for entrepreneurial accountants to join their Manchester Team.

Your new role
As an semi senior accountants, you will be responsible for preparing accounts to manager review for a variety of different clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited businesses up to audit threshold. Other responsibilities include bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT submissions for several clients, as well as the opportunity to assume client facing responsibilities, which will involve visiting and discussing results with clients.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are looking for a keen individual that firstly possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will ideally be studying towards either your AAT, ACA or ACCA qualification. On top of this, prior experience of preparing accounts to manager review, as well as experience of preparing VAT in a practice environment. You will have to be organised and focussed, with a big part of this role involving managing various deadlines for a number of clients.
