Interim Disposal Finance Director - 6/9 Month Job Opportunity

I have an immediate requirement for a candidate to join multi-billion turnover, complex business to accelerate the disposal of two businesses units from their group. Each business to be disposed are of circa £50MN turnover. Both businesses have experienced FD's in situ but they do not have capacity to bring the required focus to the pre deal preparation work.

You will be required to look at the historic financial and use these to create a business plan including projections and key drivers for each business sale. As you progress through the deal cycle you will be responsible for the VDD and be on point to respond to potential purchaser queries and respond with reformatted financial data to meet their request requirements.

You will work closely with the incumbent FD's to do the lifting work around the balance sheet and P&L as well as to access and re-frame relevant data.

This will suit a candidate with a Transaction Services or Corporate Development background who is immediately available for work.

Remuneration will be circa £150,000 + Bonus on a fixed term contract basis which will be pro rata dependent on ultimate contract length.
