Michael Page are recruiting for an Interim Opex Lead to join a growing Public Sector organisation based in Leeds.

The client is a growing Public Sector organisation based in Leeds. This an exciting time to join the organisation as they are going through a period of growth. You will be part of a brilliant finance team which offers a dynamic environment and you will have a key part to play in developing the finance team. The client is offering hybrid working and can offer the role initially on a 6 month basis with potential for extension.
Description
As an Interim Opex Lead, duties will include but are not limited to, producing accurate forecasts, developing processes and financial models, preparing an uploading journals, costing, business partnering across the organisation, month end duties, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Fully Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
- Have excellent Excel skills ESSENTIAL
- Have worked with Opex or Capex previously ESSENTIAL
- Have a high attention to detail ESSENTIAL
Job Offer
£400-£450 daily rate + Interim Opex Lead + interim role for 6 months with potential for extension + hybrid working + Leeds based + weekly pay
