About the role

We are seeking a strategic, commercial financial leader to join our team at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).

This is an instrumental role in helping us achieve our mission to improve the health of women and girls across the globe. You will ensure the financial sustainability of the College, growth of commercial and development activities and the delivery of innovative and engaging events and products for those wishing to improve women’s health through learning and improving practice and a building and workspace to provide the best in class environment for our staff and business needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading high performing teams, managing and advising on charity investments, a track record of commercial development experience and substantial experience of working at senior level.
