Sycurio are seeking a highly motivated and pro-active FP&A Manager to join our Finance Team!

Our growth has been fuelled by long term partnerships with some of the world’s leading network and telecom specialists including BT, Genesys, Gamma Telecom, Sabio, Secureco and Amdocs.

In June 2021 the highly respected and well-established private equity house, Livingbridge, invested over £100m alongside management to acquire the business. Together we are committed to developing exciting new products and expanding our geographical reach to further accelerate the growth of the business.

The Role

To support this growth the business is establishing a dedicated FP&A team and we are now hiring for the newly created role of FP&A Analyst. The role reports to the FP&A Manager. You will be required to come in to the Guildford HQ from time to time.

As FP&A Analyst you will be an integral part of the commercial decision making and risk management of the Group. A significant focus of the FP&A team will be in support of sales operations. You will assist the FPA& Manager, Head of Finance, and other members of the senior leadership team to establish robust processes and systems to manage marketing leads and sales opportunities.

You will work very closely with your colleagues in the accounting team to ensure that the monthly management accounts are produced and reported on a timely, accurate and reliable basis to key stakeholders together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the FP&A manager to ensure that the business has a clearly defined and optimised sales and marketing process which is supported by fit for purpose systems that are being properly utilised.

  • Working with Sales & Marketing to ensure that the CRM is up to date and always applied consistently.
  • Producing reports to help the team to ensure marketing leads and sales opportunities are moving through the respective funnels smoothly.

  • Work with Marketing to track conversion rates, commission calculations and analysis
  • Assist on providing an accurate and insightful analysis on monthly/quarterly and annual monthly financial performance.
  • Producing a suite of KPI’s and providing ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision making.
  • Assisting on the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes, working with the team to develop templates and ensure these are completed on a timely and accurate basis by all stakeholders.
  • Providing support to management on special projects

Key Attributes and Experience

  • Nearly qualified accountant with at least 3 years accounting experience.  Candidates will preferably be studying CIMA.  
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Experience of working with Netsuite and Hubspot or comparable accounting systems and marketing automation / CRM tools will be most advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
