Goodman Masson have partnered with a leading Financial Services business based in London, to assist with their search for a Finance Analyst on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a pro-active finance professional to join an established team and be part of reporting and analysis to assist senior management on decision making and planning, as well as providing regulator reporting and analysis on competitors.
Responsibilities
- Monthly review of the global and regional market environment, including key trends and deals
- Quarterly review and analysis of our competitor results, producing league tables and understand key drivers
- Review Global GA cost base on a monthly basis, identifying and investigating variances from Budget and Forecast
- Provide direct finance oversight and support for one of our European offices with outsourced accountants
- Support global advisory business initiatives and ad hoc projects as required, such as results presentation, partnership off site and annual planning
- Assist in pricing queries and maintenance of the global pricing database
- Provide support and cover for the monthly reporting process of the outsourced European GA entities
Experience required
- 0-2 years' experience working in a finance department, AAT or just starting studying for chartered accounting exams.
- Experience of working in a corporate environment, preferably in financial services or other professional services industries.
