About Our Client

Newton is at the cutting edge of disrupting the traditional management consultancy market in the UK. They're a team of the brightest and most curious minds with a fundamental belief that every organisation can be better. Rapidly growing over the last 10 years, they have won numerous awards on both a national and local scale, including: Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for, ranked in 1st place for personal development; several National Business Awards; 2nd place in the Sunday Times' list of top graduate consultancy employers; and multiple Oxfordshire Business Awards. They are poised for their next phase of growth, aiming to grow at 20% per annum to reach 1000 people within the next 3 years.

They crack some of the toughest business and public sector challenges of the day. Not with reports or copy & paste thinking. But by pinpointing and implementing the changes that will make the biggest difference.

They never start out assuming they know the answer. But they're always certain they'll find it and see it through to the finish. By uncovering the data that means the most important decisions are made with facts, not opinions. By bringing together a group of people who live and breathe delivering results. And by embedding in an organisation this same passion, self belief and know-how to thrive on any challenge in the future. They believe so strongly in what they can achieve together that they stand by the founding idea of Newton - guaranteeing 100% of their fees against delivering results that are recognised by everyone, from the frontline to the boardroom.
