About the role:
A well-established charity offering guidance and support for all are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team! This collaborative role will involve working with senior stakeholders and supporting budget holders. Along with excellent career progression, the organisation are offering up to £58 and hybrid working with fantastic flexibility!
Main responsibilities include:
- Business partnering and ensuring budget holders have relevant information/insight and supporting with budgets and restricted/non-restricted funding
- Line manage 2 Finance Business Partners, manage performance, and support wider team
- Supporting with budgeting and forecasting processes and ensuring deadlines are adhered
- Building solid rapport and working closely with senior level stakeholders (e. directors and executive directors)
- Producing some financial reporting
- Posting month end journals
The successful candidate:
- Fully Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or similar equivalent)
- Have solid, proven post qualified experience in:
- Business Partnering
- Line management
- Dealing with senior level stakeholders
- Confidently using Excel formulas
- Charity/Not-for-Profit experience
- Excellent communication skills and a real ability to support the wider organisation
