Your new company is a leading Tech consultancy based in Central London. The business IPO'd a few years back and have since seen their stock price treble due to the amazing work they are doing - and are keen for this growth to continue.


Your new role

In your new role at Head of Sox & Controls for this listed Tech firm, you will be responsible for managing the wider Sox piece for the business - who are NYSE listed. There is a team of 7 currently looking at Sox, who are based in the SSC in Europe, and you will be managing this team remotely. The business were recently tested by Top 4 and found to have a material weakness, which you will be helping the business to remediate.


What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA etc.)
• Experience in Top 4 Accounting Firm
• Either currently operating as Senior Manager in Top 4, having implemented Sox for a client, OR working in Industry with ownership of a complete Sox program
• Ability to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
