Your new role
You will be reporting into an entrepreneurial MD who seeks a trusted business partner to build further scale within the organisation. This is an all-encompassing role with the primary focus of providing the end to end control of the finance function whilst managing a number of operational considerations including stock, logistics and supply chain. You will manage all commercial accounting activities, develop the maturity of the finance function and recruit a team over time as the business continues to grow.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a hands on style. You will demonstrate broad financial skills but with an obvious commercial flair and track record of developing financial control processes. You will have strong communication skills and business partnering experience to build and manage relationships. Candidates with a track record of building scale within a business and preparing them for a sale or other corporate transaction would be highly desirable. You will demonstrate obvious energy and enjoy working at the forefront of the business to deliver growth.
