Compliance Lead

Your new company

Your new company is a global player in the Manufacturing & production space, with around 40 business entities present in over 20 countries. The business is continuing to grow, and as such in need of a Compliance Lead to join them, reporting to the Compliance Manager to support on a range of compliance activities.


Your new role

In your new role, you will lead and coordinate the compliance agenda alongside the Compliance Manager, utilising your specialist compliance knowledge to ensure that the business and JV businesses are compliant with various obligations, embedding a culture of compliance, adhering to local laws, as well as company guidelines.

A key part of your role will also be to identify a due diligence compliance tool that is fit for purpose, bring this to fruition to be used for day-to-day screening of 3rd parties. Following that, there will then be a need to monitor 3rd parties, reporting adverse findings to key stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of compliance within a complex, corporate business
• Understanding of legal procedures from a compliance perspective
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to live and work in the UK without sponsorship or restriction
