Are you a hands-on Finance Manager who enjoys making an impact on a rapidly growing SME?
Blusource are working with a business based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, who are looking to bring on a Financial Manager to support the business through a period of change. The offices are easily accessible from Leicester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry, and Loughborough.
This will be a very 'hands on' role and a 'no job too small' attitude is essential, your main duties will be varied but will include discussing KPI's and margin analysis with the Directors of the business, project costing, implementing new systems, processes, and internal controls to support the unprecedented growth and continuing success of this company.
Experience in the manufacturing sector would be beneficial. This is an initial 6-month Contract but has potential to go permanent after completion.
