Finance Business Partner

Partner Financial are working with a multinational hospitality business, with a turnover of £1.5billion. The group has excelled throughout the pandemic and is currently looking to expand their team across the USA and Europe, in line with their global growth plans.

The role provides the opportunity to work alongside the Head of Commercial Finance and will focus on partnering with stakeholders across the business, working together to improve their product offering and customer experience.

The Role:

• Business Partnering to line management teams and key stakeholders, to drive optimal finance/business decisions that support or drive business value activities
• Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting with the local business area and report and track progress against delivery of financial targets.
• Strong focus on decisions and actions that maximise cash generation / minimise cash outflow through active management and reporting of local working capital activity.
• Challenges and supports functional leaders to improve performance identifying risks and opportunities

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven ability to distil complex technical information into clear simple messages to non-finance specialists
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing key individuals
• An inquisitive mind-set where you continuously seek process improvement
