Temporary - Senior Management Accountant // Hybrid working // Office days can also be based Liverpool and / or Formby // Hours (09-5)

About the role:
This is an on-going temporary role, whilst recruiting permanent and the team are busy with new system implementation - need extra pair of hands! The business are fast-paced, dynamic and they are now looking for an experienced Accountant who can dive in and support the team!

This role will be broad and varied - a lead role in the preparation of month end for the Groups largest entities.
· Direct line management responsibility for one assistant accountant.
· Responsible for managing the month end close process for one of the largest entities within the group
· Preparing the month end management accounts including detailed analysis of key drivers
· Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accurate reporting of all transactions
· Implement improved processes and controls where necessary, suggesting areas for improvement and bringing new ideas forward
· You will have strong communication skills, able to liaise well with both internal and external stakeholders
· In this role you can also support the Group Finance Manager with on-going projects and new system implementations (SAGE X3)

Key Skills
· Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
