Group FP & A Manager

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are currently engaged with a Global organisation in Leeds city centre, which is looking to add a Group FP & A Manager to their team. This is an extremely important head to their International commercial division.

Working closely with the senior management team, the successful Group FP & A Manager will guide the operational, financial, and strategic decision-making process of the International divisions. This is a high profile and really requires an individual with excellent analytical skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to develop relationships at all levels, acting as a pivotal lynchpin in all financial decisions across International business areas.

Day to day your responsibilities as FP & A Manager will be business dependant and you will be the flagship finance link between the International operations and the finance team, but as a standard, your duties will include:

-Business partner with Senior Management and finance teams across the International divisions
-Run the international budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating the timetable and setting planning guidelines and expectations
-Penetrate business results to establish trends to allow the development of forward-looking action plans
-Manage the relationship with the International Financial teams
-Working with international subsidiaries, provide insight into monthly financial performance for senior management with recommendations on how to improve performance
-Develop the performance culture within the total international organisation, ensure KPIs are set, understood and become part of everything we do
-Ensure the needs of stakeholders are met
-Own the strategic planning process for the business from the timetable to expectation setting all the way through to presentation
-Supporting none finance operational teams - coaching on financial matters and best practice
-Any other finance support as and when required

Your profile:

-You will be a Qualified Accountant - (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
-Experience of Financial Analysis/Modelling - Ideally in an FP & A or Finance
Business Partner role
- Experience of stakeholder management at all levels
-Thinks strategically, maintaining a commercial sense in all aspects of work
-As a must, you will have experience dealing with none financial business heads
-Excellent Excel skills are required for this role
