Commercial Finance Manager

Trinity House Group is exclusively working with a highly successful and highly acquisitive Technology Group to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager based in Letchworth.  Rapid career progression is planned as the business continues to grow both organically, and through acquisition.

The successful Commercial Finance Manager will need gravitas to work closely with stakeholders at all levels throughout the group to build the profile of the finance function. You will be the regional number 1 in finance, responsible for all commercial finance including partnering with operational teams and supporting the Managing Director.

The business has a robust growth strategy with multiple acquisitions in the pipeline therefore you will gain exposure to a broad range of projects including onboarding acquired businesses and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration into the Group structure. You will lead the development and implementation of robust financial reporting packs and insightful commentary to support and drive through the commercial and operational strategies of the business.

The ideal candidate will be qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) and experienced working within an SME environment. You will be joining a highly successful Investor-owned Group looking to identify future Directors within the business, so this is ideal for an ambitious individual who enjoys getting under the skin of a business and delivering improvements.

An excellent package on offer:

• £55,000 - £60,000 p.a.
