My successful client based in Folkestone is looking to bring in a Credit Controller Supervisor into their expanding accounts team to be a part of the next phase of development.
Reporting to the Finance Director and supervising the credit control team, you will be expected to chase payments via telephone, letter and email, account reconciliations, aged debtors' analysis, opening new accounts and reporting to directors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within high volume credit control, be able to manage their own workload whilst managing the team performance, prioritise and work well under pressure. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build professional relationships are essential and someone who pays attention detail is also important to my client. It is imperative that you have strong IT skills
