Finance Manager, Manchester
Rapidly expanding property developer
£40k - £45k + benefits
Cognisant are currently working with a highly agile, fantastically well-funded property developer, who develop new schemes as well as undertaking the redevelopment of existing, city centre apartments. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their Manchester office and manage the daily bookkeeping for the UK business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping for the UK entity
- Manage the accounts payable and account receivable process
- Provide admin and expense management reports
- Handle monthly group reporting and ad-hoc group queries
- Provide data analytics support including key financial and operational metrics
- Help prepare budget, cashflow/financial forecasts and management reports
- Assist in project management of various initiatives including planning and execution
- Provide daily operational support to Senior Management
You will be a qualified accountant, ideally with 3 years’ experience in the property sector. You will demonstrate strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills and have excellent IT/Excel skills.
