A commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner is required for a dynamic property business. Permanent role / Central London / Hybrid working.

 

Reporting to the Business Partner Manager, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be the strategic face of finance, pro-active and engaged with all levels of management.

You will be an advisor to the leadership team to help support, challenge and evaluate decisions, with the aim of improving the businesses financial and operational performance, whilst fostering a culture of financial accountability, cost efficiency and value for money.

 

Senior Finance Business Partner Responsibilities: 

    Producing meaningful monthly reports for the senior management team

    Building sustainable relationships with operational teams via the provision of meaningful insight and data. Ensuring that business teams are able to interpret and understand the numbers

    Assisting with cash flow forecasting and subsequent analysis

    Partnering with senior stakeholders to critically review and challenge budgets and forecasts

    Continuously looking to introduce robust controls and improve processes

    Responsible for managing one direct report 

    Managing ad-hoc, strategic financial tasks as they arise


 

Candidate Requirements:

    Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

    Previous experience of driving operational performance, managing budgets & business risks and delivering commercial outcomes

    Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at a senior level 

    Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

    Resilient and capable of managing multiple priorities 

    Proficient level of experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
