Accounts Receivable Manager

Halliday Marx are excited to partner with a growing Media Organisation to recruit an Accounts Receivable Manager on a 6 month interim contract. Situated in the heart of the West End with the possibility of remote working, this is an excellent opportunity to really take control and own the Billing function whilst working closely alongside the Finance Manager.

Your Key Duties will Include;

• Raising and sending out of all invoices
• Allocate all incoming money and sales receipts
• Resolve all billing related inquiries within a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare the aged debt and billings report for senior managers providing in-depth analysis
• Support and manage costing and pricing reports
• Regular maintenance of the aged debt and billings report
• Monthly invoice reconciliation
• Provide assistance to the external auditors ensuring all relevant documents are provided
• 10% of time doing credit control
• Support the finance manager on boarding new clients ensuring processes, checks and payment terms are observed and adhered too

You will ideally have;

• Minimum 4-5 years Billings experience
• Proven experience of process enhancement and improvement
• Strong Excel skill-set including v-lookups, Sumifs and pivot tables
• Good all round software skills
• Proven Team Player - Support the wider finance function but still be able to work autonomously
• Previous experience with project billing would be advantageous
