Head of Commercial Finance

Role - Head of Commercial Finance Location - Warrington Salary - Up to £75,000 with additional benefits


Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a services business, recently required by a larger group, in their search for a Head of Commercial Finance to work out of their Warrington office on a very flexible hybrid working model.


The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience of working within a commercially focused role. An ability to interpret large volumes of data and deliver impactful insights is essential. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and the Head of Commercial Finance will need to be able to develop strong relationships throughout the business and present information to non-finance personnel. Previous management experience would also be desirable. Key duties for the Head of Commercial Finance role will involve:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Production of the monthly board pack
• Profit and loss analysis
• KPI analysis
• Review all business cases
• Liaise with and present to senior management
• Post investment reviews on strategic projects
• Ad-hoc analysis
• Management of a small commercial finance team

Salary for the role is up to £75,000 benefits
