Blackwaters is recruiting an experienced Interim Financial Controller to run and develop a lean, diverse finance function within our London based client.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the FC is responsible for day-to-day controls and reporting; and in leading the team. The role involves (but is not limited to):
- Management and financial accounts preparation
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Financial planning and analysis
- Management of key finance processes and procedures
- Maintaining effective cost controls
- Development of relationships with key stakeholders
- Driving departmental systems improvements
Candidates must be qualified with a minimum of 5 years in a similar Managerial role. You must be a hands-on Accountant with recent experience in preparation of financial statements and management accounts. You must be a good communicator with strong leadership capabilities .
