Based: West London (hybrid)

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) plus excellent benefits

Head of Finance - About the role

Working closely alongside the CEO, the Head of Finance will take overall responsibility for the finance function. Duties will include:

• Managing the finance function on a day to day basis
• Designing and implementing a robust system of financial controls
• Production of and consolidation of monthly management accounts
• Provide timely financial analysis to the business
• Production of budgets and forecasts
• Complete weekly cashflow forecasts
• Working with HMRC and producing VAT returns
• Manage and supervise a small finance team
• Ad hoc tasks as delegated by the CEO

Head of Finance - Candidate requirements:

Looking for an energetic self starter who is now looking to take their career to the next level within an excting and invigorating environment

• Degree educated, and a recently qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with 3-8 years PQE
• 5-10 years of proven finance experience with exposure to working in a fast paced industry
• Previous experience in a fast moving, dynamic organisation with exposure to the technology or property sector highly advantageous but not essential
• Strong system skills and IT literacy. Knowledge of Xero advantageous
• An excellent team player with a confident, outgoing personality and a commercial mindset
• A strong communicator who has the ability to implement and influence change at all levels.
• Previous line management experience advantageous
• Willing to work in a small team
