An exciting opportunity has come about for a Management Accountant to join a B2B services company based out in Scotland. This role would suit someone who has worked in international environments given this company’s exceptional global presence and it would also be preferential that the chosen candidate comes from a high volume sector background; given the nature of my client’s high transactional environment
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the accuracy & oversight of the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts
- Preparation of Month End Reporting pack for Board
- Process monthly payroll
- Ad hoc support to the Finance Manager
- Cash flow forecasting
- Prepare data for foreign and UK VAT returns
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA)
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience coming from a high volume sector
- Exposure to multi-currency operating environment with FX considerations
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong technical background with experience applying IFRS
