Commercial Compliance Manager - The Company
A World-leading Media Agency is looking to strengthen its close-knit finance team with a hugely exciting role available in their team.
This is a permanent opportunity with hybrid working.
Commercial Compliance Manager - The Role
- Lead Statutory and SOX finance audits (Internally and Externally) and manage the monthly and quarterly SOX checklist
- Suggest and implement process improvements based on Audit feedback and recommendations, review, redesign and improve the current control processes
- Commercial analysis, management and reporting of time for clients and stakeholders
- Time reconciliation for teams in line with contractual requirements, ensuring timesheets are complete and accurate, and providing adhoc reports to management as requested
- Management of an Assistant
- Ensuring client reporting requirements are adhered to
Commercial Compliance Manager - The Person
- Qualified Accountant
- Strong audit/compliance experience
- Driven with excellent communication skills
