Your new role
As Finance Business Partner you will be working closely with the marketing team supporting them with their management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, KPI analysis, P&L analysis.
You will business partner with the Operations Director, Marketing Directors, Finance Director and Managing Director reviewing the impact of marketing providing detailed analysis to support decision making.
You will produce KPI's and analysis models to review performance and track business activities
You will take a proactive approach to business partnering and work with the marketing team to improve departmental performance
What you'll need to succeed.
You will be an ACCA, CIMA OR ACA qualified with management accounts, and business partnering experience.
You will have strong communication skills and strong excel modelling. You will be keen to learn, ambitious and a desire to grow within the group. You will enjoy working in a team and helping people
What you'll get in return
Salary £60,000 to £65,000, plus bonus and blue chip benefits
