£55,000 per annum

Based in our Head Office, Wootton

The Finance Manager will be an exceptional accountant, not afraid of getting into the detail but is also able to take a step back and take a more commercial view. You will support most areas of Finance, including monthly financial analysis, commentary on P&L’s and BS. completing SOX controls, board packs, ownership of CAM (capital asset management) process, budgeting and forecasting, and standardisation of financial best practice across the business.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for communicating financial and operational trends, risks and opportunities in a timely and succinct manner and ensuring appropriate documentation is in place to support your conclusions. In addition, where relevant this role will be required to report out under US GAAP, to the US parent company, while also ensuring adherence to corporate processes, controls and reporting requirements.

To become a member of the Copart Family you will need;

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• 3 years or more PQE experience
• Previous experience of finance transformation
• Experience of preparing board packs or financial performance packs for Senior stakeholders
• MS Office skills including Powerpoint and advanced Excel
• Build strong partnerships with the rest of the business
• Excellent attention to detail

Desirables

• Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge and/or experience Knowledge of JDE and Navision software Experience of ERP implementation
