Your new company
My client is a rapidly expanding Top 30 style firm with an international office structure and client base. Main offices are in London and Leatherhead and they have two 100% remote roles available. Initially they will be on a 12 month fixed term contract, but likely to go permanent due to their rapid growth.

Roles available are consultant through to manager level - £30k- £70k

Your new role
Roles will cover:

• transfer pricing, complex offshore structuring, capital allowances mitigation, unit trusts, employment taxation for domestic and internationally mobile employees, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, MBOs/ MBIs, structuring of financing transactions, R&D tax claims, investor reliefs (EIS, etc.), share option planning.

• Range in size from business start-ups to large private companies operating multi-nationally. Typically, clients are 'owner managed businesses' ('OMBs') operating as companies or as partnerships.

• Support Partners and senior management with planning and advisory services to clients
• Support the technical and professional development of staff
• Manage work-streams to ensure on time delivery of high quality technical advice.
• Technical research and report writing
• Management of a corporation tax compliance client portfolio

• Compliance management for a portfolio of around 150 companies and partnerships
• Liaising with clients to collate information for company/partnership tax returns
• Prepare company and partnership tax returns
• Support managers on planning and advisory matters
• Attend meetings with managers
• Assist with technical research
• Assist with tax advisory projects as the needed

What you'll need to succeed
For the manager roles you will need to be a qualified accountant or tax professional ACA/ACCA, ATT/CTA. Consultants will be part qualified. Knowledge of Alpha tax would be advantageous

What you'll get in return
This role is 100% remote, a 12 month contract which is likely to become permanent due to expansion. Salaries for consultants range from £30k to £40k and managers from £60 to £70k. Excellent benefits package available including generous pension for the industry. Laptops and other supporting hardware will be provided.
