A multi office accountancy practice, with a particular focus across Warwickshire, that employs over 100 staff. Clients are typically under £15m in turnover from a variety of industries and structures.
Description
- Effective management of the team including appraising, mentoring, training and development
- Integrate fully with all members of the team and take responsibility for decision making in the operation of the office
- Identify and proactively implement ways to add value to the office and business
- Be commercially aware and have the ability to generate business contacts and leads through personality and attending events
- Develop own portfolio
- Have a strong awareness of tax and technical matters
Profile
- Qualified accountant
- 10+ years experience within a practice
- Previous management experience
