Tax Manager working for a Top 100 regional firm in either Manchester, Liverpool or Chester

Your new company
Your new firm is a well-known and well respected top 100 firm of chartered accountants who have a good regional presence in the North West. They provide a full range of accounts, audit, advisory and finance services across the region, working with a number of local OMBs across the UK. Due to increased demand and a successful 2 years, they are now looking to bring in a confident Corporate Tax Manager to take a lead on specialist corporate work across the firms 5 offices.

This firm have a great approach to delivering work and have always operated with flexible and hybrid working scheme in place (even before covid).

Your new role
In your new role you will be the go-to Tax Manager, operating across 5 different offices in the North West. You can be based in either the Manchester, Liverpool or Chester office and provide support for all the firms offices. You will be working with a range of owner managed businesses providing both compliance and advisory services to clients with a real mix when it comes to turnover. The advisory work is challenging, with the firm regularly advising on R&D claims, mergers and various deals. You will be supported by a great tax partner and have the opportunity to step up through the ranks and become a director.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have considerable corporate tax experience, having provided compliance services and worked on a mixture of advisory projects. You need to be CTA qualified and have a experience working with OMBs in the past.
