Overview and monitoring of the invoicing process to external agents, ensuring billing is accurate, timely and complies with contracts.
Managing and resolving unpaid reservations for more complex customers.

The right candidate must be able to dig deeper into systems and invoice information to ensure accuracy. Review all debtor information onto central file for management, business and global review.

Oversight of European hotel and rental programme revenues, doubtful debt provisions, overhead accounting. Revenue and cost analysis where required. Monthly review of revenues and expenses to match with travel dates for cross European transactions.

Completion of monthly analysis and schedules with variance identification and resolution.
Accounting for Club Events.
Continuous review of accounting processes to implement faster accounts close.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
