P/T Financial Controller

Your new company
Our client is a leading specialist in construction and service led contracting solutions. They have a wide range of well-recognised customers in both the commercial and industrial sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.

Your new role
Due to growth, the business is now looking for an experienced Finance lead to join the team. Working directly with the Managing Director, you would be leading the full financial controls for the business on a part time or full-time basis. Responsibilities would include:

• Management Accounts - Produce monthly P & L, weekly cash flow, monthly forecast updates and financial analysis
• Make all CIS, VAT, Corporation Tax and NI payments
• Purchase ledger maintenance
• Sales Ledger maintenance
• Expenses
• Company secretarial - insurances (quotations and payments), mobile phones and vehicles (fleet management)

What you'll need to succeed
The right person for the position will be fully qualified ACA or ACCA and have a demonstrable background working in finance positions where they have covered all controls for an SME. Experience in the construction industry would be highly advantageous.
