At the end of 2021, the CCi Group was acquired by the Rimkus Consulting Group, a North American business. This is enabling the Group to accelerate its growth.
Job Description
• Review of effectiveness & efficiency of monthly management reporting, suggest & implement improvements
• Manage integration of new business acquisitions
• Assist in accounting for new business acquisitions
• Roll out finance procedures across the Group, providing training & assistance as required
• Be part of project team for integration with US parent
• Redevelop short term cash flow forecast for the group
• Review monthly management accounts, supporting schedules and Board pack
• Evaluate perforrmance and trends, cost analysis, KPI review of monthly results and presenting to the board
• Prepare P&L forecasts and income projections (updated quarterly)
• Prepare detailed annual budgets for performance monitoring
• Assist with more complex areas of year end audit files with balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
• Improve process for intragroup sales & other transactions
• Review credit control process & implement improvements
• Reviewing weekly debtors report and assist with challenging/more complex projects.
• Ongoing design and implementation of internal control systems.
• Providing ongoing training and support to accounts assistant.
- Please note, occassional travel to CCi Group's modern offices in London will be required
The Successful Applicant
• Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Previous experience in working in a similar role
• Strong communications skills
