Assistant Management Accountant Based in Crewe up to £32,000 DOE Hybrid working

Your new company are a leader in their field based in Crewe and are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Your new role will include but not be limited to:

• Weekly and monthly report preparation
• Preparation and analysis of weekly management accounts and reporting packs
• Month end close
• Weekly and monthly stock reconciliations
• Monthly inter-company reconciliations
• Inventory management
• Cost accounting and analysis
• Production performance reporting
• Supply chain performance reporting
• Cover for Finance Manager on ad hoc basis
• Preparation for annual audit

What you'll need to succeed

• Studying towards ACCA/CIMA
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Manufacturing experience
• Understanding of ledgers
• Experience of month end reporting and various reconciliations
• Team player
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Ability to improve and drive performance
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines
• Looking to progress long term
