Fantastic Opportunity to join a growing business as a FP&A Analyst, based in Cannock, £45,000 - £55,000

This private equity backed, multi site business have gone from strength to strength over the past years. They are now looking to recruit a FP&A analyst in this newly created role to add value and support future growth of the business.

Your new role
This role has a dotted line into the Head of FP&A and senior stakeholders across the business. Key to this role is providing analysis of financial and non financial date from multiple sources to support operational decision making that will help the senior leadership team understand future potential financial, commercial and operational performance. This will involve business partnering with key department heads to produce and develop key reporting packs, monthly MI that can help track KPIs. You will also co-ordinate department budget and forecasting, analysing previous budgets and providing commentary. With the department developing, there is also an opportunity to get involved in projects such as systems implementation.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant although the client would consider someone that is part qualified. You should have advanced excel skills, capable of manipulating large volumes of data. You should have a strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and be a team player. Ideally you will have business partnering experience and would be beneficial in a multi site environment.
