Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst, Telford, Permanent, £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Hays are working with a Health Care group with bases across the country. They are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team working out of Telford.

Your new role
You will be working very closely with the Finance Business Partner as well as the wider Management Team. Analysis of profitability as well as variances between Actual and Budget Performances. Maintaining and improving KPI reporting, with continuous improvement to budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an individual with a keen eye for analysis, as well as being commercially minded in order to drive improvement of performance. You will need a good knowledge of key Accounting Principles, such as Profit & Loss, Budgeting and Forecasting. The ideal candidate will also have strong Excel Skills
