Finance Director

We are looking for hands-on, high calibre Finance Director to join private equity backed infrastructure group based in South Essex. The business is highly profitable, with revenues for group nearing £20m.

The group has ambitious onward expansion plans with backing to deliver on the future vision.

This is exciting time for business, due to fresh investment they are subject to significant growth, in the form of CAPEX project. 

The Finance Director will play pivotal role in this, and other projects in pipeline.

The finance function is in robust place from controls, processes, systems perspective, the Finance Director will ensure the continuation of this whilst managing the finance function; be responsible for reviewing and developing “bottom up” financials processes; implementing developing a solid FP&A process; offering commercial support and business partnering to stakeholders and investors.

Ideally looking for someone technically strong and astute with a commercial growth mindset who can value add from strategic angle to board.

We are open to background, but some infrastructure experience is important. Candidates should be comfortable in taking on Co Sec duties.
