This is a varied management accountant role that works cross-functionally across the wider finance team. You will be responsible for preparation of the monthly management accounts, supporting the finance manager and coach and mentor junior members of the team.

Description
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts. Including accruals, prepayments, variance analysis and commentary.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce monthly revenue reconciliations, along with variance analysis.
- Financial training and development for non-financial colleagues within the business
- Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting where required.
- Adhoc report production/projects where required, working with financial and non-financial colleagues.
- Assist the with the year end audit
- Coach and mentor junior members of the team
